Empowering Consumers Across Borders: 20 Years of ECC-Net

For 20 years, ECC-Net has been empowering consumers, helping them understand their rights and resolve cross-border disputes. To do this effectively, the ECC-Network collaborate with our colleagues from the 29 European Consumer Centres. In 2025, we’re proud to celebrate 20 years of the ECC Network, working across the EU, Norway, and Iceland to support European citizens in navigating challenges related to purchases and trips across borders, and to strengthen cooperation.
