The ECC Luxembourg jurists are available by phone on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm, and on Tuesday and Thursday from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm.
You can also meet us directly at our offices. A consultation allows you to discuss your case with one of our jurists in the language of your choice (German, English, French and Luxembourgish). The consultations are free of charge and by appointment only.

More InformationAccess by car: It is only possible to park in the surrounding streets. The nearest parking is the "Parking du Stade" (chargeable), located route d’Arlon, at the opposite to the Josy Barthel stadium.
Access by bus: The Wandmillen-Belair and Huorgarten stops are located near the European Consumer Centre.
