Visit of Ms Anne Calteux

On Friday, 17 April 2026, we had the pleasure of welcoming Anne Calteux, Head of the Representation of the European Commission in Luxembourg.

On this occasion, we had the opportunity to present the 2025 Annual Report of the European Consumer Centre Luxembourg (ECC Luxembourg) and to exchange on current consumer protection matters.

In 2025, the ECC Luxembourg handled a total of 4,342 new cases, thereby securing €684,495 for the benefit of consumers.
