Consumer Agenda 2025-2030 and action plan on consumers in the Single Market

The new consumer policy strategy is intended to:

  • ensure that consumers can fully benefit from the Single Market
  • strengthen the enforcement of consumer protection legislation
  • protect vulnerable consumers
  • promote a fair green and digital economy.

The strategy contains a list of measures to be taken in 2025-2030, including:

  • digital fairness
  • consumer law enforcement
  • an action plan on consumers in the Single Market.

Call for evidence

The Commission invites citizens, consumer organizations, businesses, and all stakeholders to take part in this public consultation. The contributions will help shape the concrete actions to be implemented in order to achieve the set objectives.
